I offer one to one counselling sessions. I can offer long term or short term sessions. They last from 50 minutes up until 1 hour. It is a space for you to feel you can express what is going on for you in a neutral environment which is private & confidential.
You can book a 20 min free consultation with me if you wish. You can gage my approach and see if it is the right fit for you. Once satisfied book your first therapy appointment with me.

I have worked in different areas & with enduring mental health issues people suffer from in secondary care & primary care within the NHS & GP surgeries within the locality of Bradford.
