My aim is to provide you counselling to enable you to be yourself- your true self. To facilitate growth & change for you to become clearer in your mind with whatever distress you maybe experiencing.
Often people see themselves as a burden to others if they were to share their issues or problems. This is a place without judgement for you to be free to be you!
I offer one to one sessions which are 50 minutes up to 1 hour.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear,depression and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Therapy can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through counselling the process of grief and healing.
Relationships can be difficult at times. Do you need the space to be able to talk through what you are experiencing? Are you distressed & notice your emotions are up & down? Sometimes communication can break down and you may be left feeling lonely, isolated and angry. Maybe you have lost your motivation and feel you are in a dark place right now feeling empty & lost.
